What's new in Silex - Bold Folio, fresh docs, 22 new stars

Welcome to the first edition of the Silex newsletter. We decided to start now rather than wait for everything to be perfect. Here is what has been happening lately.

A new template: Bold Folio - Bold Folio is live at silex.me/templates/. It is a free one-page portfolio for freelancers and creatives, fully responsive. Fork it from your Silex dashboard, edit it, host it anywhere you like. That makes 6 templates available, all Creative Commons licensed. More are coming. Paid templates will fund the development of free ones.

The documentation has been rewritten - Alex rewrote the Silex documentation from scratch. New structure, bilingual English/French, with short quizzes on every page. It is a first draft and we need help reviewing it. Read it here: docs-66e101.gitlab.io. On every page, a pencil icon lets you suggest edits directly.

Spring cleaning on GitHub - We had 137 open issues on GitHub. That number is now 24. Active v3 bugs are there, everything else has been closed or moved to the roadmap. Feature requests are migrating to roadmap.silex.me where you can vote. In March, Silex gained 22 new GitHub stars.
